Introduction to Subhadra Yojana
The ‘Subhadra Yojana’ was declared during the state assembly election by the recently elected Odisha government. Recipients have anticipated the Subhadra Yojana’s implementation since its launch.
The Odisha government launched the Subhadra Yojana, a welfare program for women, intending to give them financial support so they can become independent. The nodal department for this project is the Women and Child Development Department of the Odisha Government. One crore women in the state shall become self-sufficient under the government’s Subhadra Yojana with financial support of Rs 50,000 over five years. March 8th, International Women’s Day, will mark the crediting of the first installment of the Subhadra Yojana.
Additionally, on Raksha Bandhan in August, the second installment will be credited to the women’s bank accounts.
Benefits of Subhadra Yojana
Under the Odisha government’s Subhadra Yojana (Jojana), all qualified women recipients would receive the following benefits:-
- A financial contribution of Rs. 50,000 to every woman.
- Support will be given over the ensuing five years.
- The annual salary for women applicants would be Rs 10,000.
- You will receive a credit of Rs. 10,000 in two equal installments, each worth Rs. 5,000.
- Rs. 5,000 during Rakshabandhan and Rs. 5,000 on International Women’s Day.
- There will be a Subhadra Card (ATM/Debit Card) available.
- 100 beneficiaries who perform the most digital transactions in a year will receive an incentive of Rs 500.
Eligibility criteria for Subhadra Yojana
Only women beneficiaries of the Subhadra Yojana who meet the qualifying requirements outlined below will be granted benefits by the Odisha government:
- Women who are married or single may apply for this program.
- The female applicants must be Odisha permanent residents.
- Women should be between the ages of 21 and 60.
- The NFSA/SFSS Card is required for female applicants.
- Daughter of Helpers and Anganwadi Workers.
- The female applicant’s birthdate should fall between July 02, 1964, and July 01, 2003.
- Women who become 60 years old or older between 2024 and 2028 are eligible for the program.
- Any woman whose family income does not exceed Rs 2.5 lakhs and who does not possess an NFSA or SFSS card is eligible to enroll in the plan.
- Paying employees or those hired by outsourcing companies are eligible.
Ineligibility criteria for Subhadra Yojana
- Women who are younger than 21 or older than 60 on July 1, 2024, will not be accepted for the 2024–2025 fiscal year.
- Women who get a pension or scholarship of at least Rs 1,500 per month, or Rs 18,000 annually.
- Regular and contractual employees of the federal, state, and local governments, as well as those who get pensions upon retirement.
- If women or members of their families who fit into any of the following categories are likewise ineligible for the program: A member of the legislative assembly or parliament, either currently or previously. Recipients who are required to pay income taxes. Elected as a representative in any Panchayat Raj or urban local body (ward member and local councilor excluded). If the families who are applying have more than five acres of irrigated land and ten acres of non-irrigated land. Own four-wheel vehicles, except small commercial vehicles, tractors, minitrucks, and other light-duty vehicles.
Registration for Subhadara Yojana 2025
According to rules released by Odisha Chief Minister Jitan Charan Majhi, the offline application procedure will begin on September 17 and be handled by CSC Centers, Anganwadi Centers, Block Offices, Mo Seva Centers, and Public Service Centers. Documents Required for Subhadra Yojana
The following documents are necessary while submitting an application for the Odisha Subhadra Yojana:- an Aadhaar card, an Aadhaar-linked bank account, and a mobile number.
Offline Application Process.
The Subhadra Yojana offline application form is free and available at the following offices/centers:
- Anganwadi Centers.
- Mo seva kendras.
- Blocks of offices.
- Offices for Urban Local Bodies.
- Common service centers.
Applicants do not have to pay a charge to obtain the application form or submit it to these centers.
Attach all essential documents to the application form and send it to your local Mo Seva or Jan Seva Kendra.
The appropriate authority will cross-check submitted applications against the recorded database.
Applications that are confirmed to be correct will receive a confirmation message to their mobile number.
Selected Subhadra Yojana women beneficiaries will pick up their Scheme Credit Card from the Block Office/Anganwadi Centre.
The Subhadra Yojana financial assistance will then be credited to the women beneficiaries’ bank accounts on the dates specified in the rules.

- Go to the homepage and select “Apply Now.”
- After you click on it, provide the required details, such as your name, email address, and mobile number.
- After submitting the necessary documents, press the “Submit” button to complete the application form.
Subhadra Portal Online Application Registration – Subhadra Yojana Online Apply CSC
- In order to apply online for CSC’s Subhadra Yojana, you must first visit the official website.
- On the website’s home page, click the CSC login link.
- You must fill in the captcha code and input your login ID and password in here.
- After that, you must click the log in icon below to access Subhadra Portal CSC.
- Next, select the “Online Application” link located on the Subhadra Portal dashboard.
