[NPS] National Pension System (Scheme) Trust Recruitment 2025
The detailed Notification for NPS Trust 2025 now available. There are currently 19 openings for managers and assistant managers. Online applications will be accepted from January 16 through February 5, 2025. Candidates can apply for a variety of positions with the National Pension System Trust through NPS Trust Recruitment. Eligibility Criteria NPS Trust Recruitment 2025 :
1. Grade B (Manager):
General Stream:
Educational Requirement: Post-Graduation in any field or CA, CFA, CS, FRM, CMA, MBA, PGDBA, PGPM, or PGDM.
Maximum Age: 25–33 years old.
Experience: four years in a pension, finance, law, or similar officer cadre position.
Human Resource Stream:
An MBA, Master’s degree, or two-year postgraduate diploma in human resources or personnel management is required.
Maximum Age: 25–33 years old.
Experience: 4 years in the public sector or government as an officer cadre managing HR duties.
Risk Management Stream:
Post-graduate degrees in finance, commerce, economics, statistics, or similar disciplines are required, as are CA, CFA, FRM, CMA, MBA, PGDBA, PGPM, or PGDM.
Maximum Age: 25–33 years old.
Experience: four years managing investments, treasuries, and risks.
2. Grade A (Assistant Manager) :
General Stream:
Educational Requirement: Post-graduation or graduation in any field, or CA, CFA, CS, FRM, CMA, MBA, PGDBA, PGPM, or PGDM.
Age range: 21–30 years old.
No experience.
Stream of Risk Management:
Educational Requirement: Post-Graduation in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Commerce, or a Similar Field; or CA/CFA/FRM/CMA/MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/PGDM.
Age range: 21–30 years old.
Two years of experience managing investments, treasuries, and risks.
Selection Procedure for NPS Recruitment in 2025 :
There are three steps in the selection process for these positions:
- There is only one paper for Grades A and B in Phase I (Online Examination). Topics include general awareness, quantitative aptitude, reasoning, English language, and particular courses associated with the streams are all covered in the test.
- Two papers make up Phase II (Online Examination), which covers both general and specialized streams including risk management and human resources, among others. To advance to the interview stage, the candidates must pass each exam.
- Phase III (Interview) Phase II shortlisted candidates will get invitations to an interview. Phase II and Phase III scores will be used to make the final decision, with each phase receiving equal weight.
Application Fee NPS Trust Recruitment 2025 :
A male candidate who is UR, OBC, or EWS must pay the ₹1,000 application fee with a debit card or another accepted payment method in order to apply for the NPS Trust Recruitment 2025. The application fee is waived for female candidates, PwBD, and male candidates who are members of SC and ST :

Exam Pattern For NPS Trust Recruitment 2025 :
- General Awareness, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and other areas specific to the stream are all included in the 120-mark first phase paper.
- For each wrong response, a quarter of the total score will be deducted in Phase I’s negative marking system.
- Two papers make up Phase II: Paper 1 is a descriptive test covering general studies and English, and Paper 2 is a multiple-choice test covering specialized subjects.
- Candidates must achieve both an overall cut-off and distinct cut-offs in each paper during Phase II in order to advance to Phase III.
- Candidates must achieve the minimum cut-off score in Phase III, the interview stage, in order to be considered for the job.
